The session on grief that has no name hit me harder than I expected. I've been grieving my fertility for three years and this is the first time I've been able to name it as an actual loss — not just 'the thing that didn't happen.' The guide asked what I would say to that loss. I'm still thinking about what I wrote.

Has anyone found a GP in Perth who actually understands perimenopause? I've seen four and been dismissed each time. My GP literally said "you're only 44, it's too early." I'm losing hope there's good support out there.

Late diagnosis at 47, ADHD and autism. I've been doing the sessions and something about the masking session broke something loose. I literally cried for an hour and didn't know why and then realised it was relief. The mask has been so heavy. I didn't know I was allowed to put it down.
