Perilune
For women in transition.
Reclined Butterfly

Lying on your back with soles of feet together, knees open. Releases the pelvic floor and inner groin. Deeply restorative.

Nervous system effect

The psoas muscle connects directly to the diaphragm and lumbar spine and contracts during threat responses. Releasing it signals the nervous system that the threat has passed.

Perilune is a therapeutic wellness platform, not a clinical service. If you have injuries, check with your GP. In distress: Lifeline 13 11 14.
