Perilune is a therapeutic wellness platform operated by Bloom Studio (Bunbury, Western Australia). It provides psychoeducational content, AI-guided therapeutic sessions, and wellbeing support tools for women navigating perimenopause and midlife transition.
Perilune is not a medical service, a mental health clinical service, or a registered medical device under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth). It does not provide diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment.
By accessing or using Perilune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Perilune is intended for women aged 18 and over who are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or midlife transition. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Perilune is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. The platform does not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.

You agree not to use Perilune to engage in any unlawful activity, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, to submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others, or to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms.
All content on Perilune, including session text, therapeutic frameworks, design, and code, is owned by Bloom Studio or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using Perilune, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bloom Studio and Perilune are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no guarantees about the outcomes of using the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
