Is this therapy?

Perilune is a therapeutic wellness platform, not a clinical service. The sessions draw on evidence-based frameworks including narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices. They are not a substitute for clinical mental health care, and we say so clearly. If you're in significant distress, we encourage you to also work with a qualified professional.

Is the AI guide actually real?

Yes. The guide is powered by Claude, one of the most capable AI systems available. It reads what you actually write and responds specifically to you, not a script. Every response is generated in real time from your words. We've built the system prompt carefully to maintain a warm, grounded therapeutic voice throughout.

What if I'm not in perimenopause yet?

Perilune is for women navigating midlife transition, which includes perimenopause but extends to identity shifts, grief, neurodivergent experiences in midlife, and the broader psychological transition of the 40s and 50s. You don't have to be in perimenopause to find the journeys meaningful.

Do I need a formal neurodivergent diagnosis?

No. If the descriptions of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD in midlife resonate with your experience, the sessions will too. Many women in midlife are undiagnosed or self-identifying. The tracks are designed for the experience, not the paperwork.

Is my data private?

Everything you write in sessions is private to you. It is saved to your personal journal and is never shared, used for advertising, or seen by anyone else. We are not in the data business. We are in the companion business.

How much does it cost?
